The Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs is set to implement a groundbreaking digital transformation of the car sales and registration process. The Minister of Internal Affairs, Igor Klymenko, recently revealed in an exclusive interview with Interfax-Ukraine that in June, it will be possible for car buyers to register their vehicles directly in the dealership.
