- 500 ml still water
- 1 unwaxed lime
- 1 pack of garden cress
- 80 g baby spinach
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
- 1 stick of celery
- 1 small cucumber
- 2 kiwis
- 1 green apple

PREPARATION
1. Wash and weigh all ingredients.
2. Dry the lime and grate the zest. Then squeeze out the juice.
3. Cut the leaves off the cress and set them aside.
4. Spin the spinach dry and peel the ginger.
5. Drain a few stalks of celery and set them aside for decoration. Cut the remaining celery and cucumber into pieces.
6. Peel and roughly dice the two kiwis. Then quarter the apple, remove the core if desired, and roughly dice.
7. First put the water, then in turn the lime zest and juice, the cress, the spinach, the ginger, the celery, the cucumber, the kiwi pieces, and finally the apple in the blender. Close the blender jug ​​carefully with the lid, then blend.
