General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CCPCC) Central Committee and Chinese President Xi Jinping thanked Cuban leaders for their congratulations on China’s complete victory in poverty reduction.
Xi made the remarks recently in a response letter to Raul Castro Ruz, first secretary of the Cuban Communist Party Central Committee, and Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel.
Noting that China and Cuba are good friends, good comrades, and good brothers, Xi said that in recent years, the traditional friendship of the two countries has grown stronger and their friendly cooperation has grown in general.
