Actress Tia Mowry says she and her husband, Cory Hardrict, regularly have sex to make sure the spark doesn’t go out.
Mowry was a guest on the broadcast of What to Expect this week, where she talked to Heidi Murkoff, the show’s host, about sex. Among other things, they talked about the fact that after people have children, they sleep together less often.
Mowry and Hardrict have been married for 12 years and have a 9-year-old son Cree and a two-year-old daughter, Cairo.
Murkoff said she and her husband organized a date once a week, and then Mowry admitted that they did the same.
“This is the first time I admit it: We do it too,” said Mowry. When I was younger and heard about this, I thought to myself: why do I have to do this? But as you said, when you have children, you have to work and you have to be careful not to neglect anything, “said Mowry.
She says they organize appointments every week and keep the romance going. They dress up, put on perfume, and have a good time together without the children.
