There will be six zones of four teams where they will play all against all back and forth. From there, the first two will go to fight for the title and the passage to the Copa Libertadores, and the last two from each group to fight for a place in the South American.
In the second instance there will be two zones of six teams (both in the fight for the Libertadores and in the South American), where they will play all against all but in a single round: the first two of the group of the best will play a final to define the champion and qualify for the next Libertadores, while the first two of the worst groups will play a final to see who plays against the loser of the final for the title to earn a ticket to the South American 2022.
