Ingredients for the soup:
chicken meat of your choice,
1 bunch green for soup (carrot, celery, parsley),
4 tablespoons semolina,
a pinch of primrose,
salt to taste.
- Put the meat in a pot with water and when it boils add the vegetables, reduce the heat, cover and cook for 2 hours.
- Whisk the egg whites, add the egg yolks, combine, add the semolina, salt, and parsley. Leave for half an hour in the refrigerator.
- Strain the soup, add minced meat, carrots, salt or spice, pepper and bring to a boil. Then put small dumplings in the boiling soup, which you take out with a spoon, each time dipped in the soup. Reduce to simmer for another 15 minutes.
