Robert Pattinson recovered from the coronavirus and returns to shoot “The Batman”

The actor overcame the disease and returns to the set with the rest of his companions.

After testing positive for COVID-19, and after fulfilling the due forty, Robert Pattinson returns to the filming of “The Batman”, the new movie of the Dark Knight from DC Comics.

Just two weeks ago, Warner Bros confirmed that filming for the Matt Reeves-directed film was halted by a positive case of COVID-19.

Hours later, Variety confirmed that the infected was nothing more and nothing less than its protagonist, Pattinson.

As explained by the medium, both the British actor and his close contacts had to undergo isolation until confirming that they were not infected. Now the filming has resumed.

“After a hiatus due to COVID-19 quarantine precautions, filming has now resumed on The Batman in the UK,” the production company officially reported.

Due to the first delay due to the pandemic, Warner Bros postponed the scheduled premiere in June 2021 to October 1.
